A visit from the Head Boy in KS2 Cookery
A visit from the Head Boy and Year 11
At Slindon College, we teach our pupils to understand the value of team work!
This week our Head Boy, AJ, along with his fellow year 11 pupils Alfie (Richmond Prefect) and Lucas stepped in to support our youngest pupils in KS2 Prep. They led a session that saw them aiding the baking of delicious cookies in their cookery class. A great time was had all round, with the team showing to be excellent role models.
This is one of many initiatives at Slindon College to encourage our core values throughout the school: empathy, perseverance, integrity, community and self-worth (EPICS).
The session was led by Cookery teacher Miss Thompson, also Head of Cowdray House.
