Deputy Headteacher (FT- 34 weeks/year) Term Time only.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, enthusiastic and ambitious leader to join our committed Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will work within our supportive environment to contribute to the success of our pupils at our thriving College by providing a holistic educational experience with a strong focus on well-being and mental fitness. The role will also be pivotal in developing our shared vision and strategic plan for the College.

Own transport is required as there is no public transport available.

Hours: Full Time (Pupil Term 34 weeks/year)

Pay: Slindon College SLT Salary Scale EITHER:

SCL10 £57,748–SCL21 £75,611 & APTIS Pension 5% ER Cont.

OR, SCL10 £52,980–SCL21 £69,368 & APTIS Pension 15% ER Cont.

Pay review pending September 2025.

The interview panel will consist of the Headteacher and two Governors.
